What is a DDC system?
Direct Digital Control (DDC) is a modern method of managing and automating building electrical and mechanical systems. Unlike older analog or pneumatic controls, DDC uses digital micro-processors and software to precisely regulate heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, control and monitoring other building systems.
A DDC system is a network of digital controllers, sensors, and actuators that work together to monitor and adjust building conditions in real time.
